Week 41 - Papillion & The Mormon Trail Center

Me, eating the corn I planted and harvested!

Me and Sister Worthington about to eat Banh Mi

Sister Worthington caught a mosquito that had just bit me right on my forehead, so that is my blood that came out of it.

Funeral for the cricket

There are these cocoons that hang from trees EVERYWHERE. We think they are silk worms...

Remember the patch of corn I planted 2 transfers ago?

We found a bunch of "Cow Killers", basically a wasp who's sting hurts 10x more than an average wasp.

We did a service project for the Robinson's and basically weeded their entire yard, if was a big job including a LOT of spiders. But we found a cross in the weeds and a dead cricket on a shovel and so we had a proper burial.

I earned my trail center awards!! One award is the pendant and the other one is the journal. For the journal, you memorize "victory over tragedy" by Heber J Grant and get 3 more precious than gold moments (which is basically when you do something that makes the trail center better). And for the pendant you memorize:
•The first vision (easy)
• Mark 9:23 (easy)
• Proverbs 3:5-6 (easy)
• D&C section 4 (less easy)
• The standard of truth (less easy)
• The Living Christ (NOT easy)
And give 25 single tours
I'm proud of myself
